Traveled to Texas to visit my family, and to meet my parents friend Markus. Markus is a certified BCJP judge who travels to events through out the United States judging brewing competitions. I took some beer for him to judge. Beer one is The Brewers Wife English Style Dry Stout. And the second beer was a Belgian Style Ale, called the Honey Suckle. The Brewers wife received a 40 and the Belgian Ale received a 38... So now I'm going to start perfecting those two recipes, then enter them in as many judged competitions as possible.
