So it is official... BlackBird Brewing Co. is now on the social media site untapped.. Log into, search and like BlackBird on untapped.

Texas Trip Yo.....

Traveled to Texas to visit my family, and to meet my parents friend Markus. Markus is a certified BCJP judge who travels to events through out the United States judging brewing competitions. I took some beer for him to judge. Beer one is The Brewers Wife English Style Dry Stout. And the second beer was a Belgian Style Ale, called the Honey Suckle. The Brewers wife received a 40 and the Belgian Ale received a 38... So now I'm going to start perfecting those two recipes, then enter them in as many judged competitions as possible.

Looking into facilities.....

So I have been looking into the pricing and logistics of finding aplace to call home (Black Bird Brewing Co.) Have a few leads on places but it won't be for awhile before I can get into a place..

Stout tanks....

Been looking at some of the nano brewery systems that stout tanks build. For the price and the quality you get the bang for your buck.. Man I would love to have those tanks to brew my beer with..

New Logo Design for the Brewery

I have been working pretty hard to come up with a logo that I would be proud to put on tap handles, stickers and other swag... I really like what I have been doing, and so have the people I have shown my idea's..
